Privacy policy
Last updated: November 2, 2026
In short. We collect as little as possible. Your email is only used to invite you to the beta and announce the game's release; it is never sold. In the game and on the website, nothing is measured without your consent, and saying no doesn't stop you from playing or visiting the site. You can ask to access or delete your data at any time: [email protected].
1. Who we are
The Padel Connect & Play mobile game and the padelconnectplay.com website are published by Padel Connect & Play (“we”). The person in charge of the protection of personal information is the publisher of Padel Connect & Play, who can be reached at [email protected].
2. Beta sign-up
When you sign up on the website, we record:
- your email address;
- your type of phone (Android or iPhone);
- your starting city, if you choose one;
- the language of the page and the date of your sign-up and consent.
Why: to invite you to the game's closed test and announce its release. To give you access to the test, your address is added to the tester list on Google Play (Android) or Apple TestFlight (iPhone): this is the only disclosure to a third party, and it is used solely to grant you access.
Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
How long: until six months after the game's public release on the stores, after which sign-ups are deleted. Sooner if you ask.
3. In the game
- No account, no name. The game doesn't ask for your name, email or location. Your saved games are stored on your device only.
- Anonymous statistics and crash reports, only if you agree. On first launch, the game asks for your consent; you can change your mind at any time in the settings, and saying no changes nothing in the game. If you agree, the game sends to Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (Google): a randomly generated installation ID, game events (launch, session length, season completed, match played), technical data (device model, OS version, language, approximate country or region) and, if the game crashes, the technical details of the error. This data is used only to improve the game and fix bugs; it is kept for 14 months at most.
- Notifications. The game's reminders (summary, upcoming match) are scheduled on your device; no data is sent for this.
- No advertising and no sale of data.
4. On this website
The website uses no advertising cookies. It remembers, in your browser, the language you chose and your answer to the audience measurement banner.
Audience measurement, only if you agree. On your first visit, a banner asks for your consent; you can change your mind at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the page. If you agree, the website uses Google Analytics to count visits: pages viewed, where you came from (search engine, social network, direct link), approximate country or region, type of device, language, and whether you signed up for the beta. Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga) that last 13 months at most; statistics are kept for 14 months at most; Google Analytics does not store your IP address, and advertising features (Google Signals, ad personalization) are turned off. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data (such as your IP address) to deliver pages and protect the site against abuse.
5. Our service providers
- Cloudflare: website hosting, storage of beta sign-ups, receiving emails sent to [email protected].
- Google: Google Analytics (if you accept it on the website), Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics (if you accept them in the game), Google Play.
- Apple: TestFlight and the App Store, for the iPhone version.
These providers may process data outside Quebec and the European Union, notably in the United States. They are contractually bound to protect it (in particular through the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).
6. Your rights
At any time, you can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent. Write to us at [email protected]: we reply within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or, if you live in the European Union, your country's data protection authority (CNIL in France, AEPD in Spain, Garante in Italy).
7. Age
Beta sign-up is open to people aged 16 and over. Anyone under 14 should only accept the game's statistics with a parent's permission.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page is updated; any significant change is announced on the website and, if you signed up for the beta, by email.
